Kuber’s runners and riders…capacity and closure forecast for the tax year end

The removal of renewable energy production within an EIS investment structure is causing a potential constraint on capacity.

Kuber Ventures is the natural one stop shop for EIS/SEIS & BPR investing as it offers an extensive range of funds from different providers across a wide range of sectors. There are a total of 34 Funds available comprised of 18 EIS, 9 SEIS, 2 Hybrid and 5 BPR.

With tax year end approaching it’s important to be aware of the available capacity in the market and the likelihood of particular funds closing. For an overview of the current closure forecast and available capacity on the platform please click here.

We would, however, highlight the following:

Seneca Managed Storage EIS; Currently closed to new business deployment in this tax year.
Seneca EIS; Closed for new business for deployment in this tax year.
Titan Storage EIS; Awaiting detailed planning permission which is expected to be given on or before 20 March, notification will be issued.
CHF SEIS; Only £100k capacity available. Awaiting Advanced Assurance on a pipeline of shows which may result in an additional £300k.
Deepbridge Life Sciences SEIS; Now full for 2016/17. Accepting subscriptions for investment in 2017/18
Symvan SEIS; Closed for new business for deployment in this tax year.

Kuber, via our fund managers, has a minimum available capacity of c.£80m.

Remember – clients can reclaim the tax they have already paid in the tax year 2015/16 through the ability to carry back EIS and SEIS relief.

**IMPORTANT. Making sure your clients have the best possible chance of investing in this tax year for carry back, please find detailed here all the information you need regarding the investment application form and fund clearance dates. IMPORTANT**.
