All VCT, EIS, SEIS, and Business Relief qualifying investments are high risk and are not suitable for most clients. They are illiquid investments and Investors’ capital is at risk.

Fund in Focus – Guinness EIS

Kuber Ventures, the alternative investment platform for EIS/SEIS and BPR investments, is pleased to share its latest Fund in Focus, Guinness EIS.

Guinness Asset Management was founded in London in 2003, independent and focused purely on investment management. Their in-house economic, industry and company research enables them to take an independent view and not be led by the market. Their golden rule is: never invest for a tax break alone – ensure the underlying investment is sound.

The Opportunity

EIS qualifying companies are by definition higher risk, early stage businesses. Guinness EIS focuses on growth companies where the value of the business is underpinned by a strong balance sheet and good visibility on future cashflows. The backdrop to this is capital preservation which Guinness prioritises for its investors.
