Amberside Knowledge Intensive EIS Fund

Investment Objective

A partnership with Anglo Scientific, who are experts at selecting, building and exiting from technology businesses, having invested using this strategy for over 10 years.

This EIS invests in companies that are using technology to help solve global issues predominantly in 3 sub-sectors: security; healthcare; and communications.

The companies will all have defensible IP, a truly global market, and be able to demonstrate a clear route to over £100m annually in revenues.

  • Quick deployment of capital (circa 3 months)
  • Managed by a combined team of experts – Amberside Capital and Anglo Scientific
  • ALL investee companies personally invested in by the Directors of Amberside Capital/Anglo Scientific on the same terms as EIS investors

Exit Strategy

We will be targeting exits in 5-7 years from the date of investment, although it could take longer than this. These exits will likely be provided by one of the following: a trade sale, management buyout, or venture capitalist.
