Dermot Campbell’s career as a wealth management professional has spanned 23 years across a range of disciplines, including management, private banking, financial planning, product specialisation and as an independent financial adviser. This range of experience and knowledge gained through high profile Directorships and management roles has seen Dermot’s reputation as an industry expert and thought-leader grow considerably over the years. Since 2012, Dermot has been Chief Executive of Kuber Ventures Ltd, developing the business from its initial launch to the successful EIS investment platform that it is today.

Having worked in highly regarded IT companies in Moscow since the 1990s, Andrew brings a wealth of IT, web development, project management, digital marketing and financial consulting expertise to the Kuber team. As a sophisticated investor himself, Andrew’s all round perspective is instrumental in shaping and perfecting Kuber’s platform offering.

David Moss
Non - Executive Chair

With over 25 years’ experience as a corporate finance lawyer David has helped many companies to achieve and succeed. As the Non Exec Chair for Kuber Ventures, David leverages his extensive network and business experience to bring real value to the wider team – wearing different hats as required from that of in-house counsel, to commercial director, to anywhere in between.

Simon Harvey
Marketing Director

Simon has over 20 years marketing experience within Financial Services having held senior marketing roles at Henderson Global Investors, London & Capital and Aviva Investors. Simon has built a career focused on delivering marketing initiatives closely aligned to business objectives, whist maintaining a keen customer focus.

Jenny Dalgarno
Sales Manager

Jenny Dalgarno brings over 15 years Financial Services experience largely in sales and including time at Aviva, Selestia, The Hartford, and Partnership. Jenny’s role as Sales Manager is key within the Kuber team and we look forward to her developing the Kuber Ventures sales strategy and associated plans further.

James D’Mello
National Account Manager

James has over 10 years’ financial services experience from a range of sectors including Banking, Derivatives & Retirement Solutions. Over the last 8 years James has focused on the intermediary space looking after both Advisers & Institutions across the UK working for companies such as Santander, MetLife & Retirement Advantage. James’s role at Kuber is to manage and strengthen our corporate relationships with large wealth management firms, National advice networks & other strategic partners.

Jon Lilley
Business Development Manager

With nearly 40 years experience in Financial Services including roles at Sun Allliance, Scottish Provident and Aegon, Jon brings a considerable level of sales experience to Kuber Ventures having distributed life & pensions investment funds. During Jon’s career he built a strong network of contacts within the Intermediary market place especially within Central London.

Dan Moss
Business Development Manager

Dan is now in his 24th year as a financial services professional having originally started out as both a tied adviser, then IFA both here in the UK and overseas. More recently Dan has built many relationships within the IFA community across the North West and North East UK as a business development manager for AXA, RL30 International, SANLAM and Intrinsic FS covering most financial planning areas both domestically and Internationally but with a natural preference towards tax efficient investing, IHT mitigation and helping IFA’s to plan ahead for their own exit strategy.

Ashley Smith
Business Development Manager

Ashley has a wealth of experience dealing with intermediary’s and HNW investors. Ashley’s role at Kuber is to manage and strengthen our intermediary relationships in London and the South West of England. Ashley is an ex professional rugby player who represented London Wasps and London Welsh, he now plays for Jamaica Rugby 7s.

HR Manager

Managing people has been at the heart of Maggie’s career since it began in the hospitality industry, before starting a career in the NHS, which has included Nursing, Midwifery and Human Resources management across the Queen Charlottes and Hammersmith teaching hospitals. 22 years in the NHS have helped Maggie develop a knowledge and practical experience of HR management, service design and risk management all of which have been invaluable through the development of Kuber as a business and an employer.

Sam Bryan
Senior Developer

Sam first joined Kuber Ventures in 2015 and went on to become a full-time member of staff in 2017 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Mathematics. Sam is part of the operations team; his role includes
the ongoing development of KuberView+ and its supporting infrastructure to ensure Kuber provides a robust and efficient service to the entire client base.

Annabel Duthie
Client Services Associate

Annabel is a graduate from Newcastle University with a B.A in Modern Languages and Business Management. Having gained valuable client services experience in Paris for both Savills and Quintessentially Lifestyle Management, she ensures support, guidance and solutions are provided to clients in a timely and courteous manner. Annabel assists Francesca Barberis, facilitating the relationship between Fund Managers and Financial Advisers and simplifying the investment process.

Jack is a recent graduate from Bournemouth University where he studied Business Studies with Economics. While this is his first role within the financial sector he has had customer facing roles across a range of different sectors including renewable energy and the hospitality industry. Jack is the newest member of the client services team working closely with Fund Managers and Advisers alike to provide the best possible service.

Claire Poole
Customer Experience Executive

Claire joined Kuber having returned from a 15 year residency in New Zealand and Australia during which time Claire worked as an Associate Financial Adviser for the Kearney Group Financial Service. During her time as Business Development Associate, providing sales support to Kuber clients, Claire identified a need for a Customer Experience department. Claire’s key objective is to improve the quality of the Kuber experience in the eyes of all our customers. The department continually reviews and evolves the processes used for every customer interaction throughout the Kuber customer lifecycle. Claire liaises with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, to champion change and drive service delivery improvements.
