Having worked in highly regarded IT companies in Moscow since the 1990s, Andrew brings a wealth of IT, web development, project management, digital marketing and financial consulting expertise to the Kuber team. As a sophisticated investor himself, Andrew’s all round perspective is instrumental in shaping and perfecting Kuber’s platform offering.

David Moss
Non - Executive Chair

With over 25 years’ experience as a corporate finance lawyer David has helped many companies to achieve and succeed. As the Non Exec Chair for Kuber Ventures, David leverages his extensive network and business experience to bring real value to the wider team – wearing different hats as required from that of in-house counsel, to commercial director, to anywhere in between.

Simon Harvey
Director, Fund Relations & Marketing

Simon has over 25 years marketing and communications experience within Financial Services having held senior marketing roles at Henderson Global Investors, London & Capital and Aviva Investors. Latterly Simon’s role has expanded to include Fund Relations with the primary objective of ensuring the funds available via the Platform are relevant and capable of supporting the Platform’s diversification mantra.

Jenny Dalgarno
Director, Sales & Service

Jenny Dalgarno brings over 15 years Financial Services experience largely in sales and has also successfully managed service and claims teams at organisations including Aviva, Selestia, The Hartford, and Partnership. Jenny joined Kuber early 2018 as Manager of the Sales team and more recently Jenny’s role has expanded to incorporate managing the Sales & Client Operations department. Jenny’s goal is to provide clients with a seamless service experience both pre & post application.

James D’Mello
National Account Manager

James has over 10 years’ financial services experience from a range of sectors including Banking, Derivatives & Retirement Solutions. Over the last 8 years James has focused on the intermediary space looking after both Advisers & Institutions across the UK working for companies such as Santander, MetLife & Retirement Advantage. James’s role at Kuber is to manage and strengthen our corporate relationships with large wealth management firms, National advice networks & other strategic partners.

Agata Molinska
Fund Relations Manager

Agata is highly motivated professional, working most recently in the Financial Services sector and Telecoms Industry in customer facing roles, providing support and motivating teams to achieve excellent client service and meet business objectives. As an Engineering graduate, Agata is passionate about problem solving identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement and increased process efficiency. In her role as Fund Relations Manager, Agata sources, analyses and onboards appropriate tax efficient funds for distribution via the platform. She also plays a key role in negotiating the appropriate commercial terms for funds coming onto the platform.

Claire Poole
Customer Experience Executive

Claire joined Kuber having returned from a 15 year residency in New Zealand and Australia during which time Claire worked as an Associate Financial Adviser. During her time as Business Development Associate, Claire identified a need for a Customer Experience department. Claire’s key objective is to improve the quality of the Kuber experience in the eyes of all our customers. The department continually reviews and evolves the processes used for every customer interaction throughout the Kuber customer lifecycle. Claire liaises with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, to champion change and drive service delivery improvements.

Steven Lawrence
Internal Business Development Manager

Steve has 20 years’ experience in Financial Services dealing with a spectrum of financial products. Starting at Barclays Bank, he has worked at Santander, Partnership Assurance before entering the tax efficient space with Management roles with Triple Point and more recently Ingenious. Steve has built a strong Intermediary network all over the U.K and having first-hand experience of the challenges within the Venture Capital space, a move to Kuber was welcomed.

Harry Spooner
Internal Business Development Manager

Harry joined the Kuber team in July 2019 and as a result of his experience, sector knowledge and technical expertise was promoted to Internal Business Development Manager. He is client focused, passionate about platform investing and working to provide clients with a seamless investment experience. Harry has previously worked at The Ingenious Group and Octopus Investments the largest EIS and BR providers in the market place and hopes to bring what he learned there across to help the Kuber team and generate business from the IFA market.

Sam Bryan
Senior Developer

Sam first joined Kuber Ventures in 2015 and went on to become a full-time member of staff in 2017 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Mathematics. Sam is part of the operations team; his role includes
the ongoing development of KuberView+ and its supporting infrastructure to ensure Kuber provides a robust and efficient service to the entire client base.

Annabel Duthie
Senior Client Operations Associate

Annabel graduated from Newcastle University with a B.A in Modern Languages and Business Management before joining Kuber in 2017. Having gained valuable client services experience in Paris for both Savills and Quintessentially Lifestyle Management, she ensures support, guidance and solutions are provided to clients in a timely and courteous manner. Annabel facilitates the relationship between Fund Managers and Financial Advisers, simplifying the investment process.

Jack joined Kuber in November 2018 and graduated from Bournemouth University where he studied Business Studies with Economics. While this is his first role within the Financial Services sector he has had a customer facing roles across a range of different sectors including renewable energy and the hospitality industry. Jack prides himself on going the extra mile to build relationships with Fund Managers and advisers alike to deliver the best possible customer service experience.

Alex Albu
Fund Operations Associate

Alex graduated from University of Warwick where he studied Law and Business. He has previously worked within the financial sector, at the FinTech company where he was responsible for specialised project management. At Kuber, Alex is responsible for simplifying the investment process, liaising with all the relevant stakeholders and Fund Managers. In his spare time, Alex likes playing football and learning about all aspects of the investment process as well as development of mobile applications.

Ellie Clark
Client Operations Associate

Ellie is a graduate from Edge Hill University where she studied Film Studies with Film Production. While this is her first role within the Financial Services Sector she has worked as a software tester and in multiple customer facing roles. Ellie is the newest member of the client services team, she is working closely with Fund Managers and Advisers alike to provide the best possible service.

Jon Lilley
Business Development Manager

With nearly 40 years experience in Financial Services including roles at Sun Allliance, Scottish Provident and Aegon, Jon brings a considerable level of sales experience to Kuber Ventures having distributed life & pensions investment funds. During Jon’s career he built a strong network of contacts within the Intermediary market place especially within Central London.

Dan Moss
Business Development Manager

Dan is now in his 24th year as a financial services professional having originally started out as both a tied adviser, then IFA both here in the UK and overseas. More recently Dan has built many relationships within the IFA community across the North West and North East UK as a business development manager for AXA, RL30 International, SANLAM and Intrinsic FS covering most financial planning areas both domestically and Internationally but with a natural preference towards tax efficient investing, IHT mitigation and helping IFA’s to plan ahead for their own exit strategy.
