This role is key to the delivery of overall sales activity and revenue performance targets. The principle focus of this role is to provide telephone and administrative support to Business Development Managers to drive new client contact and provide sales support to existing clients across regional panels. Reporting to the Sales Manager, a Business Development Associate is required to support and develop sales activities to initiate and build relationships with new clients, effectively convert pipeline and to increase telephone contact across the client database.
The role is key to the ongoing supply and management of tax efficient funds for distribution via the platform. Reporting to the Marketing Director the Fund Relations Manager will source/ identify /analyse/onboard appropriate tax efficient funds for distribution via the platform. The Fund Relations Manager will also play a key role in negotiating the appropriate commercial terms for funds coming onto the platform.
Reporting to the Marketing Director this role provides support to the Fund Relations Manager (& Marketing Director as required) required in the administration and communications in the on boarding of new funds that join the platform. This role will also support the custodian relationships associated with the new funds and the platform, acting as an effective conduit between the business and the custodian. Given the journey that Kuber is on, this role will span a range of activities it is not solely a support role, it will own its own projects, deliverables and responsibilities (which will include a small amount of office IT support).
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of client transactional and general data reconciliations, and any other ad-hoc reconciliations, ensuring all client records are accurate and in good order. Following procedures and complying with FCA and GDPR regulations, explaining and resolving variances by working closely with relevant stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate with support the Client Services proposition, working as part of a team to proactively resolve Adviser and stakeholder queries on the phone and by email.
